About Marcus Scott

Marcus Scott is an award winning, full time REALTOR® and Real Estate Investor who has been making his client’s dreams a reality for almost 20 years. A long time resident of Tampa, Marcus sells residential and commercial properties in Tampa, Brandon/Riverview, Valrico, Clearwater/St Pete and the surrounding areas. Specializing in commercial, military relocation, pre-foreclosures, and new homes, Marcus has the expertise necessary to assist his clients as they realize their real estate goals.

As an agent with Impact Realty Tampa Bay, Marcus utilizes exclusive marketing tools to widely expose his listings across the Internet, showing each property to its best advantage and ensuring each home stands apart from its competition. Marcus believes that education is essential to success and has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure. He earned a Masters degree in Business from Saint Leo University that provided the solid background on which his career is built. His work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past careers; as he has been awarded several military medals and top performer awards.

Marcus is a member of the Greater Tampa, Florida, and National Associations of REALTORS (GTR, FAR, NAR), in addition to the My Florida Multiple Listing Service (MFRMLS). Marcus feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, he believes REALTORS® should be involved in their communities as well. Marcus has served his community in many capacities since 1996.

Having been through numerous military relocations within the US including Texas, Georgia, and Florida, he understands the circumstances that surround military relocations and the unique housing needs of our service members and their families. In Marcus’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, sports, and traveling.
